May-like November?

You know it's a dry late November when ...

Swamp stage is at the same level as the previous May.

Granted, it was a record-rainy May.

But still ...


The larger point is that the water recession started early and from a much lower level than last year, or a normal year for that matter.  Currently, swamp stage is a half foot below normal late November levels, and a full foot below late November of last year.
