Building a better insect crossing

We need similar signs
for the lubbers

These guys eat my lillies and beans, they hiss, produce hundreds of offspring and are inedible for most wildlife. DONT get me wrong, I love wildlife and don't kill adults, but have no reservation about stomping on the young. Are they valuable to an organic vegetable garden, if so, how? Please enlighten me, no really...I would love to know.

Nobody seems to like them, especially gardeners.
