Lower-case domes

The tall cypress in the swamp are usually found in two forms:

Capital-Case Strands and lower-case domes.

The reason I say that is that most of the strands are named with proper nouns (i.e., Gator Hook) while the domes are not.  I find that interesting because the domes are arguably the swamp's most iconic shape.

The video gives you a glimpse at both.

Had never even considered that. Interesting. The strands are more defined while the domes look like rolling hills in some cases. Still deserve the respect. Time to start naming those domes!
