Hurricane tracking chart equivalent?

Comparison of current year (light blue) to previous spring floods

Inhabitants of the Red River corridor track spring flood stage the same way Floridians track hurricane charts during the summer and fall. The top graph is produced by the U.S. Geological Survey and the bottom by the National Weather Service. The Red at Fargo North Dakota is predicted to hit major flood status today.

With all the snow, there's going to be a lot of flooding this year. We're even worried about it in Utah.
