Fragile as glass
The gulf was absolutely glass like.

The picture of the clouds with the water is so beautiful! Between the cormorants, pelicans, and gulls against that sky (with the sky and sun of course!) makes it look like a painting.
I was eerie calm, almost as if we were "indoors." That pelican was sort of posing, and a good assortment of birds too.
I think the pelican is taking a nap. It's a beautiful scene, but strange to see the water so still.
